CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS: We kindly ask clients for 24 hours notification of a cancellation. We have a "3 Chances" policy. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if an appointment is missed 3 times in a 6 month period, a booking deposit of 50% of the total cost of the service will be required for any future booking.
