On arrival I had a warm welcome and a lovely cuppa. My 1st impressions were what a relaxing enviroment Envy has created . Tracy listened to what I had in mind and explained how she would achieve my desired results. I felt completely at ease and could sit back and enjoy feeling pampered. I am absolutely over the moon with my highlights and colour. It's perfect and I have had so many comments about how healthy and how fab the colour is, I have had no worries highly recommending Envy to everyone who asks. I have spent years colouring my hair and never getting it right on my own. One trip to Tracy and I feel like a new woman.
